Spira History: Lesson 10.1 (Puma)

Spira Hood

Being off the grid was a dramatic change for Spira. Disillusioned by the loss of notoriety, infamy and general public obsession with every detail of his life, Spira retreated into obscurity. He hot-wired an El Dorado and hit the road, eventually settling in the foothills of Montana. He hand-crafted a shotgun shack and learned to live off the land. Over time, he developed a sophisticated bow and arrow and learned to hunt, which was the origin of Spira’s love for deer jerky. He also authored several books, which were tragically lost due to the fact that Spira never wrote them down, only narrating them to the local wildlife, who would gather round Spira’s fire to hear his tales. It was during this time that Spira was able to achieve Self-Actualization for the first time, and move directly from Denial to Acceptance, completely bypassing Anger, Bargaining and Depression for the first and only time in recorded human history.
